Liberty 32 is a Malagasy non-profit research-engagement and volunteer-based organisation focused on citizens’ civic and political participation, promoting effective governance and rule of law, women and youth empowerment and the culture of volunteerism. Vision: "Rights-claiming, resistant Malagasy citizens, raising sustainable change"​ Liberty 32 works at national level and has now around 300 active volunteer members in 6 regions of Madagascar (Analamanga, Atsinanana, Matsiatra Ambony, Alaotra Mangoro, Menabe, Diana) who conceive, lead and execute activities and programmes of the Organisation. 7 result-oriented and engaged young people elected by the members manage the Organisation through the Coordination Structure. 5 executive staff members are in charge of coordinating the day to day activities of Liberty 32.
